Order Request Form

Thank you for your interest in Sweet Fig Cookie Company to create beautiful custom cookies for your event! Please take the time to read and fill out this form if you are interested in placing an order. Once I receive your order request, I will contact you via email to review designs, pricing, and timing. You should expect to hear back from me within 48 hours. Once we have finalized your order, I will send you an invoice. Orders must be paid in full to be booked on my cookie calendar. Please note – pick up is in the Wesley Chapel, FL area. I can deliver for an extra charge if you request at time of ordering.

I understand cookies will be picked up in Wesley Chapel, FL unless delivery is arranged in advance. I understand that every cookie is made by hand and colors may not match inspiration photos exactly. I understand that my order is not on the cookie calendar until paid in full. I understand that any cookies not picked up within a week of the agreed upon pick up date will be forfeited. Custom orders will be refunded in full if cancellation notice is provided at least 5 calendar days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
